Is this covered by insurance?
No. AlviPsych is a cash-pay practice — $500 flat per evaluation. This is intentional: it removes prior-authorization friction, keeps turnaround predictable, and avoids surprise billing for the patient.

What if the patient is not cleared?
You receive a structured report with the clinical reasoning, screener results, and any recommended next steps (further evaluation, stabilization of an active condition, or a follow-up screen at a later date). The decision is fully documented.
