AlviPsych LLC (“AlviPsych”) operates a technology and administrative platform that facilitates access to psychiatric evaluations performed by independent licensed healthcare providers.
AlviPsych does not provide medical or psychiatric treatment and does not control or direct the clinical judgment of any provider. However, AlviPsych may create, receive, maintain, or transmit certain health information on behalf of providers in order to operate the platform.

To operate, maintain, and improve the AlviPsych platform, including quality assurance, auditing, security, administrative support, and legal compliance.
To comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws, court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory requirements.
To vendors or contractors who assist AlviPsych with platform operations (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics), all of whom are required to maintain appropriate safeguards.
With your authorization (as provided in your Informed Consent), evaluation reports and relevant psychiatric information may be disclosed to:

In the event of a breach of unsecured PHI, AlviPsych will notify affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.
